Our quality management system guides our operations at every stage from production to delivery and customer service. ISO 9001 certification ensures that we meet internationally recognised quality requirements. Our operations are based on continuous improvement and clear, systematic processes.
We invest in quality at three levels:
- Product quality ensures the durability, safety, and compliance of our products.
- Process quality creates consistent and documented practices that enable uniform quality, predictability, and effective collaboration.
- Service quality is reflected in reliable deliveries, expert customer service, and smooth transactions throughout the purchasing process.
As a pioneer in quality work, Tammet participates in the development of European standards in CEN/TC 53 WG10 and WG7 working groups. This keeps us closely involved in the development of safety requirements and allows us to manufacture products that meet the latest standards.
Testing the safety features of products is an essential part of our operations. Together with our customers, we ensure that products are both safe and cost-effective in use.
