Soft Annealed Reinforcement Meshes for Shotcrete Applications

Soft Annealed reinforcement meshes provide a secure, easily handled, and formable solution for shotcrete applications and demanding conditions. 

Soft annealed reinforcement meshes are particularly suitable for shotcrete applications and as support meshes for drainage systems under the shotcrete. Soft annealing ensures good shapeability of the mesh and excellent adhesion of the shotcrete to the rock. 

Reinforcement meshes are supplied uncoated, hot dip galvanised and made from stainless steel. Hot dip galvanised and stainless options are particularly recommended for locations where the meshes are exposed to moisture or other demanding environmental conditions. 

Wire mesh panels made from hot-dip galvanised wire also work well in surface reinforcement of floors during casting, providing durability and a long service life for the structures.
