Tammet Edge Protection Systems

Tammet is the most versatile manufacturer of Edge Protection Systems on the market. The concept is “white label” where we manufacture Safety Barriers and components for attachment according to customer drawings or alternatively first design, test and manufacture a solution that suits your needs. We can powder coat in all RAL colours and provide your Safety Barrier with the customer’s colour and logo if desired.

We can also offer ready-made Edge Protection solutions with short delivery times.

Corrosion resistance

The Safety Barriers is coated in our own powder coating line, which through our first-class pre-treatment with Oxilan receives a corrosion class of C4-M. We also provide other surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating with zinc primer. 

Environment

We have an environmental declaration for our products, EPD (Environmental Product Declarations)

Quality

All our products are tested in our own laboratory, we are familiar with EN 13374:2025 as well as all North American standards such as ANSI / ASSE 10.18, OSHA 1926.502, CAL OSHA, AS / NZS 4994.1 and edge protection standards in all Canadian provinces and territories. Our products are traceable from raw material to finished product, and we work according to ISO 9001:2015.

Our manufacturing takes place in southern Finland with daily connections to Continental Europe and to nearby container ports. We are proud of our fast delivery times.
