Truck Loading Platform

The loading and unloading of material from flatbed trailers is connected to a high risk of fall accidents. Tammet’s truck loading platform (TLP) is a new unique product that ensures safe and fast material handling.

The truck loading platform module is 6.1 m long and 1.2 m wide, with a weight of 900 kg.
The access level and stairs can be moved sideways 380 mm which means that the access level can be moved close to the flatbed trailer, making cargo handling safe.
The access level and stairs are made using anti-slip gratings, that ensure safe walking on the platform, even during winter.
Stairs can be attached to either end of the platform. Safety barriers for the long sides are standard.
By combining four platforms, you can create a full truck-length unloading station.
The truck loading platforms can be loaded on top of each other for transport and storage.
Four truck loading platform modules with fittings can be transported by a truck on a 6 m long flatbed.
The entire platform is made of hot-dip galvanised steel, which guarantees a long lifetime.
Tammet has developed the truck loading platform in close co-operation with major Finnish customers and authorities.
